Joseph Vasapoli, Assistant Project Manager
As Assistant Project Manager, Joe assists in the planning,
scheduling and controlling of preconstruction, project
setup, procurement, construction and closeout of a project.
Joe manages the procurement process, submittal process, and
various project control logs to track these processes, as
well as Document Control, RFIs and Project Change Orders.
Joe will also assist in preparing and coordinating project
meetings.
