The first LEED Silver building in the area to be built, 5 Wall
Street was a ground up 6-story, 182,000 SF Class A office building
overlooking Route 128. The tenant base can take advantage of
the many conveniences this building has to offer, such as an on-site
Fitness Center, Café with free WiFi, and Covered parking. In
addition, the building will have state of the art elevators,
mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems. The lobby will
receive high end finishes such as FSC certified millwork, imported
stone flooring, as well as ornamental steel & glass staircase
complete with Glass mezzanine. Construction began in October,
2007 and was completed in September, 2008.
314 Littleton Road
Ground up construction of a 3-story, 75,000 SF first class office
building. This fast-track project included intricate
infrastructure to operate the client’s specialty computer lab
demands. High-end, Class A finishes throughout as well as a
state of the art worldwide teleconferencing capabilities made this
project and overwhelming success for all involved. The project was
completed in 10 months.
One Wayside Road
Ground up construction of a 4-story, 80,000 SF addition to an
existing Class A office building. Long time tenant needed
additional space and approached GCCI to accommodate their need
without having to relocate. The project was completed in 10 months.
