Street was a ground up 6-story, 182,000 SF Class A office building
overlooking Route 128. The tenant base can take advantage of the
many conveniences this building has to offer, such as an on-site
Fitness Center, Café with free WiFi, and Covered parking. In
addition, the building will have state of the art elevators,
mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems. The lobby will receive
high end finishes such as FSC certified millwork, imported stone
flooring, as well as ornamental steel & glass staircase complete
with Glass mezzanine. Construction began in October, 2007 and was
completed in September, 2008.

additional space and approached GCCI to accommodate their need
